We’re happy to announce that Sharon Atwood, ARNP has joined our practice.  Ms. Atwood’s career story is a modern day inspiration. 

Sharon Atwood originates from New Jersey where her journey started as a Certified Home Health Aide in 1992. Very early one could see her goals had been set high when she received her Nursing Degree in 1997.  By all measures Home Health Aide to Professional Registered Nurse would have been a great lifetime accomplishment but apparently Ms. Atwood had been reaching for the stars. Her graduation in 2007 from Florida Atlantic University as an Adult A.R.N.P put her in a distinguished category of nurses who have expanded their scope of practice exponentially.

We are exited about having such an ambitious and conscientious person on our Care Team.  Sharon’s duties will include home visits to Residential settings.  But stay tuned, somehow we have a feeling this story hasn’t ended.
